The Supreme Court leaves unchanged the security measure "arrest in prison" for the former mayor of Durrës, Vangjush Dako.
GJL has rejected the appeal made by him and the co-accused from SPAK.
Dako was arrested on June 6 by order of the Special Prosecutor's Office, under the suspicion that he has misused his duties in two cases. The first in relation to the granting of permission for the construction of a building in Durrës in violation of the law and the second in relation to the tender for a project for the development of the coastline that increased its value 10-fold.
In total, together with Dako, 10 arrest warrants were issued, 6 of which were executed by the police.
