Potholes, ditches in the streets, sidewalks and everywhere. This is the panorama that the city of Elbasan has been offering for almost a year. Mud and puddles on rainy days, dust on sunny days.
The investment initiated by the water supply and sewage system to provide 24-hour water has turned the city into a construction site. Vehicles are damaged on every street, sidewalks are cracked, and some citizens seem to be getting used to this abnormality.
In fact, the municipality itself has realized that it is intolerable for the city to turn into a ruin in a year in the name of investing in the water supply system and for this reason, in an announcement on social networks, it announced that after the administrative measures of the Elbasan Municipality and the continuous requests of citizens, the Elbasan Water and Sewerage Region has begun work to rehabilitate the roads, alleys and sidewalks damaged during the extension of new water supply and sewerage pipelines.
