The Complaints and Sanctions Commission of the Central Election Commission (CEC) has decided by majority vote to overturn the decision of the State Election Commissioner, which requested the Assembly to stop the consideration of two important draft laws.
These draft laws include the "Mountain Package" and the "Value Added Tax" for the agricultural sector, writes A2 CNN.
The decision of the Appeals Committee enables the Assembly to continue with the process of reviewing and voting on these draft laws, which have a direct impact on fiscal policy and the development of the agricultural sector in Albania. (A2 Televizion)
