The family of Mark Gjon Caka, a resident of neighborhood 16 in Durrës, are asking for the public's help in finding him. He has been missing since yesterday, around 3:00 p.m., and has not been found.
The 79-year-old former soldier suffers from multiple sclerosis and his wife, in addition to police assistance, is asking for the help of citizens to find him.
