Nisma Thurje has addressed the Competition Authority to request the initiation of an investigation into the price of oil and gas in the retail market. In the letter addressed to this institution, Nisma thurje expresses concern about the lack of reflection of price movements in the domestic market, at a time when international stock markets have decreased significantly.
According to Nisma Thurje, there are doubts that there may be an agreement between operators to keep oil and gas prices fixed in violation of the law.
"This practice significantly harms the interest of consumers and hinders the development of a competitive market", says Nisma Thurje, who asks the Competition Authority to take immediate action to investigate these claims.
