DP official, Ardiana Kalaja, filed a criminal complaint with SPAK against two former mayors, currently candidates on the May 11 election lists.
The criminal charges are against the former mayor of Mat, Agron Malaj, and the former mayor of Mallakstra, Agron Kapllani, accusing them of the "5D" scheme in the respective municipalities, with financial damage of 44 million euros from Malaj and 16 million euros from Kapllanaj.
In the complaint, Kalaja requested the imposition of a security measure for suspension from candidacy. (A2 Televizion)
