Today has started with clouds and precipitation which are expected to intensify in the evening, bringing short-term showers. A2 CNN meteorologist, Tanja Porja, warned on "Dita Jonë" that the meteorological situation is expected to worsen in the afternoon and overnight throughout the territory.
"Precipitation is expected to intensify in the evening in the northwest and southern tip and during the night in the entire territory. The thermometer is increasing, we have 17 degrees at noon, while the minimum temperatures in the mountainous areas will be 1-2 degrees. From noon onwards, the clouds will strengthen. We expect a deterioration of the situation in the afternoon and evening and during the night we expect showers in the north, northwest and then throughout the territory. Likewise in the southern tip."
According to A2 CNN meteorologist, the wind will also strengthen in coastal areas with a southerly direction.
"The wind will strengthen along the coastline in a southerly direction. The second part of the day will see the wind strengthen."
Even in Kosovo, according to meteorologist Porja, there will be light rainfall until the evening.
Porja also warned that February will end with rain, while from March 2-3, a decrease in temperatures and snowfall are expected in the territory.
