The prison is located in the former swamp area, one of the most affected by floods. This afternoon, the waters have burst, entering the first floor where the cells of the convicts are located.
Prisoners on the first floor have been moved to the second floor. One of the prisoners with American citizenship has raised the alarm that the outbreak of contaminated water inside the prison risks the spread of infectious diseases among the convicts.
