Following Prime Minister Rama's speech, who warned this Monday morning that a palace in Vlora would be confiscated, IKMT forces have descended on the coastal city.
Chief Inspector Dallëndyshe Bici has also arrived on the scene, while the action has begun with the verification of construction being carried out in the city of Vlora.
