How much do children take care of their teeth? Parents remind them to brush,

Colored, carbonated drinks, consumption of sweets and ready-made foods are causing children's teeth to decay more quickly.

The finding comes from school dentists, who are finding tooth decay and fillings at an earlier age. Dentists recommend healthy eating and maintaining oral hygiene, although they admit that in recent years, parental awareness of children's dental health has increased. But the children themselves say that in most cases it is their parents who remind them to brush their teeth or about foods they should not consume often, writes A2 CNN.

For two years, dental offices have been restored in 9-year public schools. Around 200 dentists perform periodic check-ups on school students and provide dental services depending on their condition. Each intervention is carried out only after approval has been given by the parents.

According to data from the Health Care Operator, children in the city take better care of their teeth than their peers in rural areas. But among children, the best oral care is led by children in Tirana, Durrës and Vlorë, while the lowest is observed in Bulqizë, Përrenjas and Librazhd. (A2 Televizion)
