Meteorologist Tanja Porja revealed on 'Dita Jonë' on A2 CNN what the weather will be like in the coming days in Albania.
Porja said that February is expected to be with low temperatures, reaching up to -7 degrees Celsius, which according to the meteorologist, will be the lowest temperature level this month has recorded in the last 5 years.
She also added that rainfall during February will be scarce and mainly around February 18-22.
Porja also revealed what the weather conditions will be like on February 14, Valentine's Day, which, according to her, will be sunny and low temperatures.
"There has been a lack of precipitation during the month of February. It will continue to be absent. This does not mean that we will not have any precipitation at all. We expect 3 days of precipitation, which will fall between February 18-22. While until the 18th, the presence of precipitation is negligible, short-term and not in the entire Albanian territory. Temperatures will be low in the following days.
We have temperatures of -4, -5, but also -6 and -7 during the following days. We only have a very slight and temporary warming during the 15-17th, which brings a 2-3 day period of precipitation afterwards. February 14 will be sunny and cold, as it has been in 90% of the February 14s that I remember.
"I believe that in the midday hours, added to the heat that Valentine's Day adds, we will be able to take off our sweaters altogether at noon. Not only in the minimum values, but even the midday hours will not bring a very big difference. In the last days of February, the thermometer again marks a decrease in thermal values.
