According to the Ministry of Defense, intense rains will be mainly in 5 regions of the country, while snow will fall at heights above 400 meters.
"On December 23, intense to very intense rains will include the counties of Vlorë, Gjirokastër, Shkodër, Kukës and Dibër, while in other areas the rains will be moderate to intense, accompanied by thunderstorms. At altitudes above 400 m in the North, East and Southeast, precipitation will be in the form of snow, causing frost and difficulties in transportation.
