Albania restores visas to Belarus

The Albanian government has decided to restore the visa regime with Belarus, 6 years after the two countries signed the agreement on mutual visa waiver in February 2020.

The news was announced by the Albanian Embassy in Russia, which announces the mutual abolition of visas between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Belarus. This agreement was signed by the respective Ambassadors to the Russian Federation, Arben Gazioni and Semashko.

"Decides to suspend the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual abolition of visa requirements, approved by Decision No. 152, dated 19.2.2020, of the Council of Ministers.
