Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha requested that school security officers be more attentive to react in any incident situation between students, so that serious events can be prevented.
"What we need next is to consolidate the results, deepen cooperation between students, parents, teachers, academic staff and law enforcement agencies, where the program will undoubtedly play a supporting role. Security officers are there, and they must be attentive to any information or incident, preventing unpleasant events in time," said Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha.
The minister made this statement as the agreement for the third phase of the "Strengthening Community Policing" program, which is supported by the Swedish government, was signed. The Director General of the State Police, Ilir Proda, was also present. The Chief of Police emphasized the citizens' trust in the police.
"Local Public Safety Councils are another positive approach to efficiently resolving problems and concerns addressed by citizens.
