The increase in measles cases in our country and the lack of vaccination due to autism theories has sparked a debate in the studio of "Dita Jonë" between doctors and Muslim teacher Esmere Kola. The latter has accused epidemiologist doctor in Fier, Anila Muçi, of being an accomplice in crime due to the non-implementation of the state protocol for vaccines.

"Why don't you open the vaccines, do you have experts, what's inside the vaccines, calm people down. You are paid with my taxes and you can't play with human life. You, the doctor, have also participated in the crime, because Albanian families are suffering, you are an accomplice in the crime," said Kola.

In response, the epidemiologist replied: "Am I participating in a crime that I work to prevent your children's illness? I am a collaborator in protecting children's health. I accept this."

The Muslim woman's statement in the A2 CNN studio was opposed by doctor Ilir Alimehmeti.

"Either I deal with the system, or no one deals with the health system. I cannot accept calling a doctor an accomplice in a crime. It is a grave insult."

On A2 CNN, Kola said that before the vaccine is given, tests should be conducted on the immune system and according to her, there should be separate vaccines. She said that the vaccines contain pork, which is not allowed by the Muslim religion and therefore they cannot vaccinate children.

"Change your perspective and implement the regulations that the state has set. All religions are in favor of vaccination, and the divine books urge man to seek healing. The composition of vaccines has become a major concern even in America, because in their religion they say that the composition of the vaccine has elements from aborted fetuses, which they call a crime. Whereas in Islam we are forbidden to use products containing pork and all microbes are concentrated in pork gelatin. Since they do not implement the protocol, let the state bring us a gelatin that we accept."

But Dr. Muçi reacted by explaining that every vaccine has a readable composition.

"If you have any doubts, every vaccine also has a patent on what it is made of and all the elements it contains. Before you vaccinate your children, read it. Read the vaccine patent and you're okay, it's attached there."

Kola insisted on implementing the protocol, which according to her requires that tests be conducted before vaccination to see which germs the child is resistant to, otherwise she said she would not vaccinate him.

"You don't follow the protocol, tomorrow my child will be in kindergarten. If my child is not offered an analysis to check the immune system, I will not vaccinate him. Either the protocol is implemented or I will not vaccinate him. Don't kill Albanian children."

Meanwhile, Dr. Muçi called for 95% vaccination coverage for better protection against measles.
