The Bank of Albania keeps the base interest rate for the lek unchanged at 2.75%, A2 CNN reports.
The news was announced by the Governor of the Bank of Albania, Gent Sejko, through a statement to the media, where he spoke about the monetary policy decision-making for March 2025.
According to Sejko, the economy is in a positive environment, inflation has decreased, while employment has increased.
Based on these results, according to Sejko, the Bank of Albania decided not to change the base interest rate of 2.75%. (A2 Televizion)
