Agriculture is considered by all governments as a priority sector, but priority in the economy is the sector that supports the most with funds. What is the state of agriculture?
Ermira Gjeci, former Deputy Minister of Agriculture, gave an answer to this question in A2 Business. She emphasized that the budget has been distributed very well, placing the priorities in this sector at the top.
"I have seen the budget and I do not see any change in the amount allocated for this sector. I want to divide it into two parts, the funds available and the way they are managed. Sometimes the way these funds are managed is more valuable than having a bag of money and not knowing where to take it. From what I saw of the priorities within the sector, it seems to me a very good management of the funds allocated to agriculture. This is the first and the second is 14 billion ALL that have been allocated to the agriculture sector, which is a significant amount. Also, the Agriculture sector had a review or allocation during the year. This is also related to the scheme part.
