With the draft law submitted for public consultation "On the Creation of the Register of Unsolicited Commercial Communications", the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation aims to establish rules for this market.
For promotional messages, phone calls and e-mails offered by service companies in the country to citizens without their approval, they will be recorded in a register called the register of unsolicited electronic commercial communications in order to resolve this issue.

For these commercial entities that make promotional calls for marketing and advertising purposes, they will be required to pay a certain fee to access the registry.
