With significantly smaller dimensions, not in the form of a resort city at an altitude of 1,560 meters, without expensive tickets to enter, but still with high-profile participants... a piece of the "Swiss Davos" format also came to the center of Tirana, baptized as "Match Maker Albania". With the fable "Every big business starts small" at its center, the event organized by the Albanian Investment Development Agency served as a bridge between Albanian businesses and enterprises with foreign ones with the aim of finding new horizons.
"AIDA is doing a wonderful job in this regard because it is a great opportunity that we have to establish concrete relationships with Albanian and foreign investors, with chambers of commerce, with investor associations who are our partners, making our projects successful," emphasized AIC Executive Director, Elira Kokona.
In addition to businesses connecting with each other, "Match Maker Albania 2025" served as an ecosystem to build bridges with the Government of Albania and investors, with the aim of developing new projects.
"Our projects always have a social impact and always have a public good that is generated. We truly make a public good available to be developed, but from it we also gain another public good," says Elira Kokona, executive director of AIC.
Meanwhile, entrepreneurs exhibited and signed contracts with each other under the auspices of the director of the Albanian Investment Development Agency, Laura Saro.
"Match-Maker Albania 2025", organized by the Albanian Investment Development Agency and the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, was seen as an opportunity to connect Albanian exporters with international markets, to introduce domestic and foreign investments in Albania, to showcase the country's potential and to create new collaborations with global companies.
