The Committee on Economy and Finance approved today the loan agreement between the Electricity Distribution Operator (OSHEE) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the OSHEE sustainability project.
Deputy Minister of Finance, Eriona Bejleri, said that the draft law provides support with state guarantees for OSHEE to obtain a loan worth 45.75 million euros, with concessional terms from the EBRD, writes A2 CNN.
According to her, with these funds, OSHEE will refinance the overdraft loans it currently has with second-tier banks, which were taken out in 2021 and have a total value of 81.5 million euros. (A2 Televizion)
