From the inception of the idea to the finalization of obtaining the construction permit in December 2024, we have rigorously followed all required procedures and have not had any problems in all steps of the application.
At every stage of this project, we have correctly respected all legal and institutional norms, including public hearings with the residents of the area.
The Gener 2 company guarantees that during this process it has not violated anyone's property rights or any other rights, but has relied only on decisions certified at all levels of the judiciary.
Any other claim regarding our position on the "Blue Borgo" project is pure speculation, with no connection to the truth, which we consider a deliberate or unintentional distortion that simply misinforms the public.
