Albania will be a shareholder in the tourist resort of President Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, in Sazan.
Sources indicate that the company, registered on June 26 at the Central Construction Registry, will have the right to plan, design and implement construction projects.
The core function will be monitoring the contracts signed for the project, A2 CNN reports.
