Under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Enkelejd Musabelliu, the 16th meeting of the Albania-EU Subcommittee on Internal Market and Competition is taking place in Tirana.
The meeting, co-organized by the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation and the Delegation of the European Union in Tirana, is taking place within the framework of the regular Stabilization and Association Dialogue, with the participation of Albanian institutions and European Commission experts.
During this meeting, there were discussions on the progress and remaining challenges in the approximation of Albanian legislation with the acquis communautaire in key areas such as competition and state aid, intellectual and industrial property rights, public procurement, the right to exercise a profession and the provision of services.
Also in focus were consumer protection and health, company law, accounting and auditing, and financial services, writes A2 CNN.
