The time has come to value people as precious capital, so put them at the center of your policies and enterprises. This is the main advice that the World Economic Forum from Davos, Switzerland, is giving to governments and businesses again this year.

"This is not just an Albanian issue. I think that today more than ever we are facing a reality where it is no longer the employer who determines the rules of the game, but the employee," Fatjon Dragoshi, an expert on employment issues, told A2 CNN.

In fact, the human being as the most precious capital of a country is an early concept in the civilized world, but in Albania it has recently begun to gain importance. This is because, especially in sectors such as tourism, fashion and agriculture, the lack of employees is not only hindering expansion, but is also threatening existence.

"Because many citizens are withdrawing from Western countries. Now, not only those who are in trouble and in need and who have no other alternatives, but even the most qualified among us are choosing to leave ," Dragoshi emphasized.

Not only the government, but also labor market experts agree that the free labor force is over. Therefore, according to them, it is time to think more about employees than about profit margins.

"In this sense, companies in Albania have a life or death issue, I would say they are almost completely dependent, especially on young people. Therefore, their entrepreneurial plans must focus on the employee," the expert continued.

The World Economic Forum recommends that, along with businesses, governments should also contribute to preventing emigration by undertaking policies that guarantee the development of human capital. (A2 Televizion)
