A fatal accident was recorded on Saturday morning in Shkodra.
Police say an elderly driver has fatally hit a pedestrian in the "3 Heronjtë" neighborhood of the northern city.
"At around 10:50, in the "3 Heronjtë" neighborhood, a vehicle driven by citizen EN, 70 years old, hit a pedestrian, citizen LN, 65 years old. As a result of the collision, the 65-year-old woman lost her life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital," the police announced.
Meanwhile, it is further clarified that procedural actions are being taken with the driver of the vehicle, while the investigation group is working to clarify the circumstances of the accident. (A2 Televizion)
