The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Berat has requested a 6-year prison sentence for citizen RO, accused of sexual harassment of a minor.
The incident occurred on November 25, 2024, when RO attempted to forcibly pull the minor A.Gj., using inappropriate language and attempting to commit obscene acts.
According to the investigation file, the victim immediately notified his father, who intervened and prevented the incident from escalating. Forensic medical examination confirmed physical injuries to the minor's body, caused by a hard object.
RO turns out to be a repeat pedophile, previously convicted of the same criminal offense. Based on the evidence and testimony, the Prosecution has requested the defendant's guilty plea and his sentence to 6 years in prison. (A2 Televizion)
