SPAK will oppose in the Supreme Court the release of Jamarbër Malltez by the Special Court of Appeal. Sources near SPAK informed that the Special Prosecutor's Office will appeal the decision.

We remind you that a day ago, the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime eased the security measure for the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, from "prison arrest" to "house arrest."

Whereas, for Sali Berisha himself, the same security measure, the obligation to appear and the ban on leaving the country were left in force.

In the courtroom, as it became known from the publication of his full speech after his release from the detention cell, 1 month after being placed in handcuffs, Malltezi said that he looked like he did in the political trials of 1945 where the owners were enemies of popular power.

Berisha's son-in-law is accused of passive corruption and money laundering, in cooperation with businessman Fatmir Bektashi in the "Partizani" file. Meanwhile, the former prime minister is accused of passive corruption. (A2 Televizion)
