The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana requests the arrest of two architects, under the charge of falsifying documents.
The accusation reached the two architects after the citizens MT, AT, FZ, AH, DD, GM, TV and MD accused of illegal construction, had applied for a construction permit through the citizens AP and KB (Architects).
"From a simple verification of the coordinates through the 'Google Maps' application, it results that the coordinates reflected in the relations from the AP or KB Architect, show different locations compared to the real location of the objects ascertained from the self-declarations at the ASHK, or even without location not advertising coordinates. From the collected data, it appears that the facilities were built in the plots of forest economies 1/a and 2/a, in the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Tirana", it is written in the notification of the prosecutor's office.
AP and KB architects are suspected of having made possible the application of data that shows false data, through E-permit.
