Vlora police have arrested two people, who are suspected of attempting to commit another theft, while another incident that occurred earlier has also been documented.
"1 case of theft and 1 case of attempted theft, committed by these two citizens, are being investigated and documented."
During continuous checks to guarantee security in the territory, the General Patrol services of the Vlora Police Commissariat have detected suspicious movements near a commercial entity, in the "24 Maji" neighborhood, and have intervened immediately, catching and arresting two citizens in flagrante delicto who were attempting to steal, specifically:
EH, 36 years old, and EK, 31 years old, both residents of Vlora, with criminal records in the field of theft.
From further investigative actions carried out by specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Vlora Police Commissariat, based on evidence obtained for several other cases of theft in the city, it was documented that these citizens:
On 25.01.2025, they stole various products from a bar in the "10 Korriku" neighborhood;
On 02.01.2025, they attempted to steal electrical materials from a building under construction in the "1 Maji" neighborhood.
"As material evidence, several items were seized that were suspected of being used by the two perpetrators to commit the thefts," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
