SPAK has carried out searches in several homes and businesses in the city of Elbasan. It is learned that the order was given by prosecutors who are investigating the criminal organization of Suel Çela. Sources said that searches were carried out in the business offices of Nazif Bajrami, owner of the company "Bajrami N" and a well-known businessman in the construction field in Elbasan, who has won a number of tenders from public institutions.

The same sources confirm that BKH officers have also conducted searches in the apartment of the director of Elbasan Water and Sewerage, Luan Tabaku.
