Socialist Party MP, Plarent Ndreca, appeared today at SPAK.
Sources for A2 CNN indicate that Ndreca appeared before SPAK earlier, to give statements regarding the case in which the defendant was charged with the criminal offense of "violation of equality in tenders".
"Responding to the broad public interest, we inform you that on 25.10.2024, the defendant, Plarent Ndreca, was informed, through his lawyer, of the conclusion of the investigations for criminal proceedings no. 240/2021 for the criminal offense "Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions", provided for by articles 258 and 25 of the Criminal Code. More details will follow at a later date", SPAK announced in November, writes A2 CNN.
Ndreca is accused of abusing a tender for the reconstruction of 4 police stations while he held the position of Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior. (A2 Televizion)
