The suspected perpetrator of the murder of Briken Sanaj in 2022 at Kodra e Diellit in Tirana was extradited from Germany this Thursday to Rinas.
The police announce that Vladimir (Valmir) Kolaj is suspected of having shot and killed Briken Sanaj on 30.10.2022, in the "Kodra e Diellit" complex, in collaboration with other citizens, writes A2 CNN.
"Accused of premeditated murder, in 2022, the 42-year-old man declared internationally wanted will be extradited from Germany.
The 42-year-old was arrested in Germany in April 2024, during the codenamed "Versus" operation, finalized as a result of the exchange of information between the State Police and their German counterparts.
Within the framework of the cooperation of Interpol Tirana with Interpol Wiesbaden, for the localization, capture and extradition of citizens declared internationally wanted, the citizen has been extradited from Germany to Albania:
VK alias VK, 42 years old.
The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, with the decision dated 23.11.2022, has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder" and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
This citizen is suspected of having killed citizen B. S with a firearm on 30.10.2022, in the "Kodra e Diellit" complex, in collaboration with other citizens, the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
