The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Berat, requests the guilty plea of citizens AK and NR for committing the criminal offense of 'mistreatment of a minor' provided for in Article 124/b/2 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

At the end of the trial, it is assessed that the accusation raised against the defendants is completely proven, therefore, during the claim, the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Berat, requests the guilty plea of the defendant AK and his sentence to 3 years of imprisonment as well as the additional sentence of 'Loss of parental responsibility'. While for citizen NR, a sentence of 2 years of imprisonment.

The two defendants, mother and son, abused the minor son, (the defendants' son and grandson), communicated with the minor in vulgar language, and forced him to speak in the same way on the social networks 'Youtube' and 'TikTok'.

During the assessment session, it was concluded that the minor was constantly threatened and felt under pressure from his father and grandmother, and was exposed to abusive social media with violent language and derogatory language that is not appropriate for the age of the minor. Likewise, the minor was exposed to narcotics, which is unacceptable for the child's age. He was encouraged by his grandmother and father to become part of social media (Tik-Tok) in videos without his consent, which has affected the minor's severe emotional state. The bullying that is practiced by addressing him with various epithets has also aggravated his psychological state.

At the end of the preliminary investigation, after a thorough analysis of the data and evidence obtained, it is concluded that there is sufficient evidence that the defendants AK and NR committed the criminal offense for which they were accused. They committed acts that consist of physical and psychological abuse of the minor and forced the latter to commit acts that harm his mental and physical development, which has resulted in symptoms of antisocial personality disorder in the minor, since all the models he had have directly influenced his life and his development as an individual.
