Police officers from Police Station Number 2 in Tirana have initiated proceedings against a 29-year-old man after his brother-in-law reported him for threats.
The police also explain that the person prosecuted incited two citizens to rape his sister's husband.
"MN, 29 years old, for allegedly threatening his sister's husband through phone calls. The injured party also alleges that the 29-year-old incited 2 citizens to physically assault him. Work is underway to identify and arrest the 2 citizens, as well as to verify the circumstances of the case," the police inform. (A2 Televizion)
