The Supreme Court has decided to keep former Democratic MP Ervin Salianji in prison, rejecting his request to invalidate the decision of December 18, 2019, taken by the Criminal Court to sentence him to 1 year in prison.
By rejecting the appeal, the Supreme Court upholds his 1-year prison sentence.
