The Special Court against Organized Crime and Corruption dismisses Suel Çela's request for the removal of the first security measure "prison arrest" assigned to him in May 2022, after the "Golden Bullet" operation, writes A2 CNN.
Referring to the statements of the repentant justice, Nuredin Dumani, SPAK accuses Çela of ordering the murder of businessman Lulëzim Masha and Elton Kila.
