A tragic event occurred in the village of Velçan, Pogradec, where a shepherd lost his life as a result of being struck by lightning.
According to preliminary information, at around 10:00, 47-year-old L. Ç., who was herding cattle in the mountainous area of the village, was struck by lightning during bad weather. Unfortunately, he died on the spot, writes A2 CNN.
