An injury was recorded today in Dibër, where a 32-year-old man hit a 25-year-old man in the head with a sharp object, after a conflict over weak motives. Dibër police have arrested the perpetrator, while the injured 25-year-old is in hospital, under the care of doctors.
The incident occurred on the premises of the former flour factory in the city of Peshkopia, after a momentary conflict, where the 32-year-old hit the 25-year-old with a sharp object, causing head injuries.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër, for further action.
