A 49-year-old man has been arrested by police during an attempted robbery of a large amount of money from a house in Farka. According to police, the 49-year-old had stolen valuables from another house in the same area four days earlier.
"After receiving a report that a citizen had entered an apartment in Farka to steal, the services of Police Commissariat No. 1 immediately went to the given address. As a result of the quick and professional police actions, carried out within the framework of the "Zone" operation, the perpetrator, citizen LD(H.), 49 years old, resident of Tirana, was caught red-handed. The investigations resulted in him stealing valuables from another apartment in Farka, on 19.07.2025," the Police statement said.
Meanwhile, investigations continue to uncover other thefts he may have committed.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. (A2 Televizion)
