The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shijak Police Station, after conducting intelligence and checks, managed to capture citizen Fatjon Hoxha, 32 years old, a resident of Shijak, in the village of Sallmone.
He was declared wanted following the decision of the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, which on November 21, 2024 sentenced him to 10 years in prison for the criminal offense of "Sexual or homosexual relations with violence with minors aged 14-18".
The relevant materials have been submitted to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës for further action.
