A Turkish citizen has been detained by Albanian authorities in Morina, after being declared an international wanted person.
Through a statement, the Police announced that the Turkish citizen had been sentenced by the Bursa Court to 15 years, 2 months and 15 days in prison for forgery of documents and fraud.
The arrested Turkish citizen is 39-year-old Bayram Yildiz, who has been detained with the aim of extradition to his country, writes A2 CNN.
"He attempted to enter Albania, having been sentenced in Turkey to over 15 years in prison for forgery of documents and fraud, the 39-year-old Turkish man, who is internationally wanted, is detained."

In this context, in cooperation with the services of the Kukes Local Police Directorate and as a result of the exchange of information with Interpol Tirana, citizen Bayram Yildiz, 39 years old, resident in Turkey, was detained and handcuffed, with the aim of extradition to Turkey.
During the second-line checks and interviews, upon entering the country, it turned out that the 39-year-old was internationally wanted by Interpol Ankara, after the Bursa Court, Turkey, sentenced him to 15 years, 2 months and 15 days in prison for forgery of documents and fraud.
"Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with counterparts in Turkey, is continuing the procedures for the extradition of the 39-year-old," the police announced, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
