Cyberattack on SPAK, the Supreme Court leaves Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj in

The High Court has rejected the requests for release of Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj, the two accused of hacking the SPAK system.

The Criminal College rejected their appeal against the " prison arrest " measures, leaving this measure in force.

Gjoni and Rrokaj are accused of " interference in computer systems ", stealing files under investigation by three prosecutors.

Rrokaj, a former IMT employee, allegedly admitted to hacking into the emails of three prosecutors and then allegedly transferring the obtained data to Zambak Gjonaj, also a lawyer by profession and a former prison official.

The cyberattack on SPAK was reported on March 12, 2025, and within 48 hours, the two accomplices were identified, who were then arrested. (A2 Televizion)
