From the decision to kill Talo Çela, to the debate over whether the order for his execution was given by two MPs who offered a bag of money, from the list of 20-30 names targeted for assassination to the codes "Toto Rina" and "Covid 19" on the SKY app.

The criminal details were part of the confession of Nuredin Dumani, the repentant justice in the "Golden Bullet" case at the Special Court. In Tuesday's session, alongside two other repentant in the case, Erion Alibej and Skerdi Tase, Nuredin Dumani continued to answer questions from the lawyers and defendants.

The repentant man indicated that he had made the decision about Talo Çela after he had ordered Altin Ndoc to kill his brother.

"After the conflict I had with Talo Ccela and Altin Ndoci, I wanted them to be killed, but not by our hands. This interested me, because Altin Ndoci wanted to kill my brother, but his gun jammed. I wanted to help them go, not kill them myself."

He further said that he had told Talos in a communication that 'I only want to kill you'. Dumani further said that he was the organizer of the murder of Talo Çela's brother, Bujar Çela, as he served Talos and that the murder was ordered by Erion Alibej, who accused him of participating in the Bradashesh massacre, where two of his family members were killed.

But according to the repentant man, for him the murder was also revenge for the murder of his friend Klevis Kapllani, while the two collaborators Enver Diva and Besmir Xhixha were paid off.

Asked by the defendant's lawyer Enver Diva why he was paying Erion Alibej for his personal revenge, Dumani replied.

"Because he was on the list. Like Nuredin Dumani, I did not ask for payment. That day, we had Dine Çami as our plan. I moved him, I said we would kill Bujar, after they killed Klevis Kapllani. We wanted our opponents to know that we would react if they shot us."

Nuredin Dumani said that they had a list of 20-30 names to execute and according to him, there was no queue, but whoever was the easiest target was killed first. During the hearing, the repentant was involved in a strong debate with the defendant Enver Diva, who after denying his involvement in the murder of Bujar Çela, asked Dumani to show the deputies who, according to him, requested the murder of Talo Çela.

"Who were those MPs and businessmen that you came to meet with me. Two businesswomen and two MPs came and said 'dead or alive, we want Talo Celë killed' and gave him a bag of money? Let him tell you. Me."

Dumani himself denied this fact, while the defendant Diva did not reveal the names of the MPs, not even when asked by the prosecutor, but added "I'll tell you at another moment, but you have them in parliament."

During his testimony, Dumani also confessed to the pseudonyms he uses on encrypted platforms.

"I've had a few pins. The nicknames have been 'Covid19', 'Alcatraz', 'Toto Rina'. Only on 'sky' have I used covid 19 and Toto Rina'.

Nuredin Dumani also shared details about the executions of Emiljano Ramazan and Rigers Runaj, claiming that Erion Alibej paid informants who told him about their movements. The 12 defendants of the "Golden Bullet" are accused of a series of serious criminal incidents in the country, including premeditated murders committed by a criminal group and armed robbery.  (A2 Televizion)
