Three people were arrested at the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Kukës, on charges of the criminal offenses of 'Premeditated Murder' committed in collaboration and remaining in the attempted stage, 'Unlicensed Possession of Weapons' and 'Supporting the Suspected Author of a Crime'.
In the framework of the investigations into criminal proceedings No. 72 of 2025, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, in cooperation with the operational forces of the General Directorate of the State Police, arrested the citizens;
1. ZM, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Premeditated Murder" committed in collaboration and remaining in attempt and "Unlicensed Possession of Weapons" provided for by articles 78,25,22, 278 of the Criminal Code;
2. GP, suspected of the criminal offense of “Supporting the perpetrator suspected of a crime” provided for by Article 302 of the Criminal Code; and
3. EA, suspected of the criminal offense of “Supporting the perpetrator suspected of a crime” provided for by Article 302 of the Criminal Code.
This operation was in continuation of the investigation of the injury that occurred on 19.02.2025 in the city of Kukës, where citizen EH was injured with a gunshot wound after a conflict.
