Former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, was the reason for the failure of Thursday's court session in the "Sterilization" file at the Special Court.
Beqaj was not present in the courtroom. Through a statement, he informed the court that he could not attend the trial due to health reasons and requested that the session not be held without his presence, writes A2 CNN.
Neither Beqaj's lawyer, Ilir Yzeiraj, nor the defendant's defense attorney, Ilir Rrapaj, was present at the trial.
