Ten people are being tried for this case, including former minister Lefter Koka, for whom SPAK requested a total of 26 years in prison in its February 7 complaint. For the former minister, 4 years in prison were requested.
Meanwhile, the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, Alqi Bllako, was sentenced to 4 years in prison, but due to the summary trial, he will have to serve 2 years and 8 months in prison.
