Judge Irena Gjoka has filed a request to resign from the preliminary examination of the defendants in the "Toyota" case, the former head of the Vlora prosecution, Aurel Zarka, and others.
This request for resignation was accepted by the Deputy President of the Court.
According to the electronic lottery, this file has fallen to Judge Erjon Çela.
After the completion of the investigations, on January 4 of this year, SPAK officially sent the criminal file "Toyota Yaris" for trial, taking as defendants the former Chief Prosecutor of Vlora, Aurel Zarka and other justice officials, the former judicial police officer at the former Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes, Erjona Daupaj, the lawyer Radovan Çela and Astrit Vladin.
