The court hearing for the return of the seized item made by businessman Gentian Sula begins at the special court.
The latter did not appear in person at the special court, but is represented by his lawyer. Sula's cell phone was seized during the checks carried out by SPAK as part of the investigation into Mayor Erion Veliaj.
