The Special Court of Appeal will rule tomorrow at 10:30 on the request of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez, for the repeal of the "house arrest" security measure.
The appeal was reviewed today, where Malltezi was represented by his lawyers, and in the end the court postponed the hearing for the announcement of the decision, writes A2 CNN.
The son-in-law of former Prime Minister Berisha has been in home isolation since November 2023, while for a short time he also stayed in detention cells.
He is currently a defendant in the "Partizani" case for the criminal offenses of "passive corruption" and "money laundering".
For the same file, namely the 'Partizani' file, SPAK also accuses the Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, against whom a 'compulsory appearance' measure has currently been imposed. (A2 Televizion)
