An educator has been reported to the police in the city of Tirana.
The parent of a child reported the 55-year-old woman for raising her hand against him, and authorities have released her on bail.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4 referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated in the absence of citizen M. Ll., 55 years old (educator), after citizen JM reported that the 55-year-old had hit her child with her palm," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
